Chenzhou Zhanxiang Green Agriculture Co., Ltd.
In August 2010, Hong Kong-based businessman Mr. Li Daode founded Chenzhou Zhanxiang Green Agriculture Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhanxiang Agriculture"), with a registered capital of HK$256.5 million. The company is an integrated modern agricultural enterprise encompassing "cultivation and breeding, processing, leisure activities, and tourism," with total investments exceeding HK$300 million.
Zhanxiang Agriculture is located in Yizhang County, Chenzhou City, known as the "Southern Gateway" of Hunan Province. Leveraging the region's unique geographical setting, abundant ecological resources, and strategic location, the company has been developed into a modern, multi-dimensional agricultural ecosystem. At its core are "navel orange cultivation and processing," while the broader system integrates "eco-friendly farming and animal husbandry, processing innovation, leisure tourism, and educational programs for learning and hands-on experience."
Currently, Zhanxiang Agriculture has established and put into operation nine large-scale, high-standard navel orange cultivation bases, spanning over 20,000 mu of land. These farms produce more than 10 million kilograms of premium, eco-friendly navel oranges annually. Leveraging a multi-channel marketing strategy that includes e-commerce, online networking, big data analytics, and traditional distribution channels, Zhanxiang Agriculture has meticulously crafted China's leading premium navel orange brand—“He Cheng”—while simultaneously building a robust, three-dimensional sales network: "using Hong Kong as a springboard for overseas exports," and "centered in Dongguan and Chenzhou, with nationwide outreach."
Other key projects under Zhanxiang Agricultural Operations include a navel orange primary processing plant, a deep-processing facility for navel oranges, a large-scale warehousing and logistics center, bio-fermentation bed livestock farming, smart earthworm farming, and experiential sightseeing tourism. The facilities are complemented by features such as a scenic orchard, an education and science building, a four-star leisure hotel, and a spacious parking lot.
